Office Manager

Biography

Michelle was born & raised in New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia, where she began working in the specialty medical field after graduating highschool in 2003. In 2011, she married her husband, Ian, and relocated to Jacksonville, North Carolina, where he currently serves in the United States Marine Corps.

For many years, Michelle embraced her role as a stay-at-home mom, raising their two daughters and building a life for their family in the Jacksonville community. In 2020, she returned to the medical field, working remotely as a Client Service Specialist and continuing to develop her skills in client relations, organization, and professional service.

In early 2025, Michelle joined a small local law firm in Jacksonville, where she expanded her knowledge and experience in real estate transactions and law firm operations. Her dedication eventually led her to become the firm’s Office Manager, where she played a role in supporting clients and managing the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Michelle brings a combination of professional experience, organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Her background in both the medical and legal fields, along with her years as a military spouse and mother, has given her a strong appreciation for service, community, and the importance of taking care of people.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cheering on any Philadelphia sports team, tackling DIY projects, working out, and—perhaps most importantly—being a soccer mom and cheering her daughters on from the sidelines.

  • Collingswood High School, Class of 2003
  • Nearly two years of experience in real estate law
  • In 2020, she auditioned for the TV game show Beat Shazam thanks to her love of music and ability to recognize a wide range of songs and artists. Unfortunately, COVID and overseas filming made the timing less than ideal. Maybe she will give it another shot someday!
