Patrick Miguelino

Originally from a town just outside Baltimore, Patrick now calls the Carolinas home. He earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2024, where he focused on Business Transactions and Real Estate Transactions. He is admitted to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Nebraska.

While in law school, Patrick worked with a regional law firm in its closely held business
planning practice, where he gained experience working with privately held businesses and their owners. This experience sparked his interest in helping clients navigate the many stages of a business and understanding how business decisions can impact both the company and the individuals behind it.

Today, Patrick works with business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and families on a
variety of legal matters, including business formation, corporate governance, contracts,
intellectual property, real estate transactions, risk management, succession planning, and
business sales and acquisitions. He enjoys helping clients at every stage of their business journey, from starting a new venture to navigating growth, significant transactions, and eventual succession or sale.

Patrick values building long-term relationships with his clients and providing clear, practical
guidance tailored to their individual circumstances. He strives to understand each client’s goals and provide thoughtful counsel that addresses both their immediate legal needs and their long- term plans.

Patrick became a proud University of Nebraska football fan during law school, making fall
Saturdays a favorite time of year. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his fiancée. They especially enjoy winter sports, visiting distilleries, and exploring new
amusement parks. Whether it’s a ski trip, a distillery tour, or a day chasing roller coasters, they are always looking for their next adventure.
